Invitations are emailed immediately and expire in 7 days. If your manager doesn't have a Wershifany account, they'll create one first — then the same link brings them straight here. You can let them complete setup sections for you below. A $10/month fee per manager is charged when they accept. You can skip this step and invite managers later from your dashboard.
